The hybrid version of the American Ford Fusion, which is exactly the same car as the European Mondeo, has just gained a new upmarket trim level, called Titanium. It has been used for quite a few years, by Ford, to designate the higher-spec variants of their cars, and it has now migrated Stateside.
It is based on the Hybrid SE, yet it gains a few more features over it, including front fog lamps, chrome accents on the doorhandles, a bootlid spoiler as well as 18-inch alloys with lots of spokes. On the inside, it gets full-leather trim on the seats, steering wheel and gear knob, as well as electric adjustment for both front seats, a high-end Sony sound system, MyFord Touch infotainment, rear parking sensors, as well as self-dimming rear-view mirror.
In Titanium spec, the Fusion Hybrid will set you back $32,995, when it arrives in showrooms next year.
