It feels like just yesterday Ferrari introduced the F8 Tributo, with the whole world being pleased by the Pista-sped engine and the sharp styling of the Italian exotic. However, with the Prancing Horse having delivered the SF90 Stradale meanwhile, it can be easy for one to forget how amazing the F8 really is.
Fortunately, examples such as the one that brought us here make it easy to bring the F8 Tributo back under the spotlights.
The combustion-only Fezza (yes, such mentions are neccesary nowadays, since the LaFerrari is no longer the only gas-electric model of the automotive producer) was spotted doing its thing in traffic - the car was caught on camera while in Maranello.
Such sightings are only normal, as, for instance, this adventure could involve the mandatory road test every Ferrari has to go through before being handed over to its owner.
Black seems to suit the Fezza rather well and this shouldn't be taken for granted, as certain supercars simply aren't at their best in this non-color.
Looking past Ferrari's V8 supercars, the next Prancing Horse to show up should be the 812 Spider - prototypes have been recently spotted not far from where this F8 was snapped, with the debut of the newcomer expected to take place by the end of the year.
However, judging by how the automaker has treated recent V12 open-top models, the 812 Spider might land as an uber-limited series.
Further down the line, we'll get to meet the Ferrari SUV, which has been confirmed to wear the Purosangue name. Expected to land by 2022, this jacked-up model will also use a hybrid powertrain, albeit with this potentially relying on a V6 rather than a V8.
Speaking of which, the Italians are also expected to debut a line of V6 models, which should enter the stage pretty early next decade.
