We've all seen (some eventually drooled over) the LaFerrari being introduced in Geneva, but very few car enthusiasts actually know that Maranello has developed nine different concepts for it.
Before the mystery was solved in Switzerland earlier this month, several rumors and renderings have been launched about how the Ferrari Enzo successor, often named F150, will look like. Everyone was basically expecting something stellar. Not that the production LaFerrari isn't, but those that got to see the other 1:1 prototype (just two of the nine were built), codenamed "Manta", dreamed about "flying" in a supercar built for the Battlestar Galactica TV series.
Now that the LaFerrari was completely unveiled, the Manta concept was brought out of the shadows and displayed in the Maranello museum for everyone to see. Thanks to Italian supercar spotter Marchettino, we're now able to have a good look at the real-world scale model sitting in its "Ferrari Supercar. Technology. Design. Myth" exhibition stand.
