The world of extreme, track-orientated vehicles has just received a new member that comes to offer dynamic thrills using electric propulsion.
Epic Electric Vehicles is presenting the Torq three-wheeler, a vehicle that follows the “less is more” philosophy, also using the headlights from the first generation of the Cadillac CTS.
The vehicle measures 162 inches in length, 87 inches in width (measured at the ends of the fenders) and 48 inches in height and can offer extreme sensations for two passengers.
The creation uses an electric motor that delivers over 200 hp and relies on a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery for energy. The electric unit is mated to a single speed transmission that also includes a reverse gear.
As the vehicle tips the scales at only 771 kg (1,700 lb), we expect it to offer impressive acceleration times.
