How many of you out there like monster trucks and classic American luxury cars alike? We fancy both, but we never thought we’d get to see a contraption like the one pictured above.
Obviously the love child of a 1959 Cadillac Series 75 and a monster truck, this vehicle might be pretty useful on rough terrain, but it sure looks like it came out of a butcher’s shop. However, we can’t help but wonder if such a vehicle would be popular in Texas...
Also, we wonder what happened to this luxurious Caddy before it turned out like this. These sought-after classics don’t come cheap and we’re pretty sure no owner is crazy enough to ruin a good one.
This version of the Cadillac Series 75 was sold in 1959 and 1960 with a 6.4-liter V8 engine mated to a four-speed automatic. It’s 244.8 inches (6,218 mm) long and weighs about 5,800 pounds (2,630 kg).
