Citroen’s UK division announced that its Business Centre network (dedicated to light commercial and fleet vehicles) has reached 90 sites with the recent appointment of Citroen dealers Budgen Motors, Shrewsbury; Telfords,Carlisle and Pentagon, Oldham.
Part of a pan-European program, the company’s new Business Centre network was established last year with the aim to offer addition support to small/medium enterprise and National Fleet operator customers.
The sites are designed to create and enhance the company’s presence in the small to medium light commercial vehicles and car fleet sectors by offering these customers tailor-made sales and aftersales services. In addition to that, the Centres allow Citroen to build a National Fleet friendly network for aftersales support.
“Citroen is delighted to have completed its nationwide Business Centre network. The Company is committed to providing its business customers with the highest levels of service. The innovative Citroen Business Centre programme has been designed to provide the resources necessary to meet this requirement. Since establishing the Citroen Business Centre network, we have seen even more business customers being attracted to our brand - as demonstrated by a 17% growth in fleet market share this year across cars and commercial vehicles,” said Charles Peugeot, Head of Commercial Vehicles and Business Sector.
The Business Centres offer an expanded range of services, which come to complement those already offered by the existing Citroen dealer network.
“Dealers that have been appointed as Citroen Business Centres have made a major commitment, investing in additional facilities, stocking, personnel and specialist training,” stated the press release.
