The 6th Annual Spring Festival of LXs in Irvine, California was the perfect opportunity for Chrysler to shine. The American carmaker seems to have taken a liking to giving its vehicles a makeover, as it brought not only the the fist customized 300 (the FatChance 2.0), but also the concept version of the 200 S trim level and the 2011MY 300 sedan.

Both of those cars, as well as an ‘S’ version of the Town & Country, will be put into production later this year starting with the 200, but for now let’s enjoy the concept version in its full glory.

The ‘S’ treatment doesn’t translate into anything sporty and is actually a cosmetic package designed to appeal to younger customers that want something bolder in terms of style.

The new 300 receives a bespoke gunmetal finish that will surely make it stand out in any parking lot. The tasteful changes also included a new front grille, smoked headlamps and taillights, beefier alloy wheels in a unique design and a boot lid spoiler. The new wheels might be playing tricks with our eyes, but it also looks like the suspension has been lowered a bit.

We can’t know for sure if all these changes will also be seen on the production version as Chrysler has not released any official information, but most of the changes should stick.

The interior has also receive a more edgy touch, thanks to the addition of red leather trim on the seats and armrests. The ‘S’ logo was also added to the seats, so there will be no mistaking your car for a standard one.

We like the changes a lot as they have been made in hood taste, but we wish Chrysler would bring some performance upgrades to the mix.
