We are still a few months away from the street arrival of the 2020 Porsche 911. However, we have a thing for showing you real-world photos of the 992. And we are now back in the spotting game to bring you what might just be our favorite color.
The Neunelfer sitting before you is dressed in Chalk (some Porschephiles will refer to this as "Crayon"), with the thing having been caught on camera while inside the factory.
This is the kind of Paint To Sample color that helps the 2020 model establish a better connection to its ancestors, which is one of the main reasons why we adore it.
If, however, you happen to be among those who prefer more extrovert shades, perhaps Miami Blue is the hue for you. As it happens, we've already showcased a 992 covered in this look-at-me shade.
Returning to the car we have here, we have to mention that the generously-sized oval tips of the thing mean it is gifted with the optional sports exhaust (the standard hardware comes with four round exhaust tips).
Next year will bring us a 992 fest and it will all start in the first quarter, when we expect Porsche to introduce the non-S Carrera models, as well as the Cabriolet versions of these and the S cars that debuted last month in Los Angeles.
However, the models we're eager to see are expected to land towards the end of the year, these are the 911 Turbo and the 911 GT3.
Prototypes of both have been spied testing in production trim for quite a while now and you'll be able to check out detailed spy material behind the link.
However, we'll remind you that the final 991.2 model has yet to land in production form. We're referring to the 911 Speedster. Basically, this is 911 GT3 Cabriolet for the lucky few.
