Cadillac Golf Tournament in Florida

Suitable for any auto brand which likes to call itself “luxury,” a partnership with a golf tournament somewhere is just what the doctor prescribed to boost the image of the respective brand in the eyes of the possible golfer-customers.

Cadillac, one of the brands which chose golf as an advertising tool a very long time ago, announced today its presence at the Doral Resort & Spa in Florida for the TPC Blue Monster tournament, which kicks off on March 9.

As a treat for Cadillac fans and those who plan to come and watch the Top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking that will take part in the Cadillac tournament, the car maker will offer the opportunity to learn a bit about professional golfing.

Cadillac personnel will try and teach those interested a thing or two about the game and the best way to play it. As if that wasn't enough, if you have the patience to watch the game, the patience to play the game and the patience to listen to the Cadillac pieces of advice then, at the end of it all, you might be the lucky winner of a brand new CTS-V Coupe.

“We’re pleased to have an elite field vying for the title at the Cadillac Championship,” said Don Butler, vice president of Cadillac marketing.

“Cadillac is built on the principal of always striving to be the best. We expect fans to be treated to intense competition on the course and a host of activities off the course that allow them to take their own golf skills to a higher level.”
