Interested in a cool makeover for your new generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class? Look no further than Brabus' latest proposal, which covers all main aspects of the car.
The executive model features a few add-ons on the outside, fresh wheels and tires, a few added gizmos in the cockpit, and a decent power boost.

In the exterior department, the tailormade components were made of high-grade polyurethane. They comprise the new spoiler that is said to minimize front axle lift at high speeds and outer trim inserts with integrated DRLs. Contributing to the enhanced look are the round tailpipes with a black-chrome look and a 90-mm (3.5 in) diameter.

Brabus' take on the latest generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class also comes with a set of aftermarket wheels. Presented on the pictured Estate, they're called the Monoblock Z Platinum Edition, measure 21 inches in diameter at the front and rear, have a ten-spoke design, and were wrapped in Continental SportContact 7 tires 255/35 and 285/30, respectively. Besides the fresh alloys, the tuner can also shave up to 15 mm (0.6 in) from the business model's ground clearance with the SportXtra suspension module.

The E-Class' exterior makeover is discreet yet appealing, and this also applies to the cockpit. Here, Brabus offers two different door sill trims, one with white backlit Brabus lettering and the other with a 64-color illumination that syncs to the car's ambient lighting. The company has also given it aluminum pedals to further enhance its sportiness, and the velour floor mats and trunk mat complete the offering inside.

Besides the visual touches, a power boost is also on the menu. Brabus has targeted the E 220 d version of the car, which uses a 2.0L turbodiesel with mild-hybrid assistance. In stock form, this engine produces 197 hp (200 ps/147 kW) and 325 lb-ft (440 Nm) of torque. With Brabus' PowerXtra D22 module, the peak output increases to 227 hp (230 ps/169 kW), and the maximum torque is now rated at 354 lb-ft (480 Nm). The sedan is said to tap out at 151 mph (243 kph) and sprint to 62 mph (100 kph) in 7.4 seconds.

Pricing for this diesel-powered car starts at €64,319.50 (equal to $69,769) in Germany, or €67,056.50 ($72,738) should you favor the brand's 4Matic all-wheel drive system. The superior E 450 d 4Matic comes from €85,465.80 ($92,707) and uses a 3.0L diesel with 367 hp (372 ps/274 kW) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque.

In our market, the E-Class comes in the E 350 4Matic and E 450 4Matic versions, starting at $62,300 and $68,100, respectively. Brabus hasn't announced how much these upgrades cost, yet the tuner will reveal the pricing upon reaching out to them. So, is this E-Class cool, or is it cool?
