No time for chit chat, BMW loves its V8s and V10s. So do we, by the way. Since the E92 M3 was recently retired, we can now speak about naturally aspirated engines at the past tense, when it comes to M cars.
Two such beasts are going at it in the video below. The 507 HP BMW E60 M5, powered by the remarkable S85 F1 V10 engine developed by the Bavarian company's M division, and the S65 V8 4-liter powered E92 M3 with 420 HP and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft).
At least that's what we think they are, since we don't have any more info on the cars neither in the video description or the comments. We don't even know what kind of gearboxes they have but we do know that the M5 won by almost 1 second and we love that V10 sound!
