The amazement for the ration between the number of units produced and the quantity of tuning packages released for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe continues to increase, as the crazy 1er has received yet another tuning kit.
We’ll start under the hood, where the 3.0-liter twin-turbo unit received an ECU remap that allows it to develop 400 hp. And this is just half the story, as ATT-TEC also offers a larger intercooler, which, together with an Akrapovic exhaust system and an even meaner ECU map, allow the driver to play with 460 hp. Oh and you can also have the V-Max limiter removed, but the tuner doesn’t mention the new top speed of the car.
The 1M Coupe has also received a KW Dynamic Damping Control coilover kit, which brings the car closer to the road while allowing the driver to choose between three different suspension settings: Comfort, Sport and Sport+. The vehicle now rides on 20-inch ADV1 5.0 TF rims that us Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
