Everybody knows sex sells but, according to a man in Britain, sex doll sells. At least this is what we understand from his eBay ad, where a mannequin resembling a blow-up doll is used to... sugar-coat an Mk II VW Golf.
Apparently she’s called Sandy and she “tried the car out with much delight driving it to her normal abilities but upon getting out and thinking that at least it runs without depending on a computer to go wrong. Having finished a bit of polishing she decided that this car's not for her, seeing some rust with bolting on a new wing being too much for her to do...”
To make sure he sells the beaten hatchback - that’s what this 1.8-liter Golf looks to us - the man has... asked Sandy to pose in a multitude of positions inside and outside the vehicle.
If this isn’t amusing confusing, then the rest of the ad definitely is, since the man names the VW “my classic VW polo.” Well, at least the name of the ad is “Classic VW Golf”. We’re not so sure about the “Classic” part though. But hey, the seller brags the engine, gearbox and clutch are in good shape and the thing drives well.
Mind you, that rust bothering Sandy is real, but, as the owner explains, the wing “is bolt on and widely available”. As for other issues, the exhaust is “blowing”, while the windscreen needs a wiper.
At the moment when this article was published, there were five days left to grab this suck-squeeze-bang-blow machine, with the price sitting quite low. You can check out the eBay ad here.
