Even though we already knew how the interior of the upcoming 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS facelift is going to look, some clearer photos of the new center console won't hurt.
Taken while the pre-production prototype we showed you a few days ago was parked during winter testing in Lapland, the images clearly depict the new free-standing center screen and the all-new steering wheel.
Oddly enough, the interior our spies snapped isn't featuring the new touchpad introduced by the C-Class W205, which will soon be available on the S-Class W222 and the yesterday-revealed V-Class, but we're pretty sure that the production version will get it as an option.
The following images also show a clearer view of the all-new intelligent LED headlights, while the rest of the exterior seems to be sporting the AMG bodykit, also including the A-Class and CLA-based “star grille” that will become all the rage in sportier Mercedes-Benz models from now on.
Expect an official unveil for the CLS (C218) facelift either at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show or a little bit later, with its refreshed Shooting Brake brother to be revealed at the same time despite being younger.
