The retro-styled body-on-frame Toyota FJ Cruiser SUV will be around for another year, and while the US version press release said nothing about new features for 2014, the Australian spec appears to receive a thing or two.
The Toyota FJ Cruiser gains a new color, Retro Blue, which adds to the current six existing finishes. Moreover, the retro SUV also gains a new set of seven-spoked 17-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in 265/70R17 offroad tires.
Power comes from the same 4-liter V6 engine, making 200 kW and 380 Nm of torque. Mated to a five-speed automatic driving a part time 4WD system, the vehicle averages a combined fuel consumption of 11.4 l/100 km.
Offered in a single model in Australia, the FJ Cruiser is priced at AU$47,900 without on-road taxes.
