More strange Audi rumors coming from the hose of Ingolstadt. Autocar reports that the Paris Motor Show this September will see the unveiling of a concept to preview a production version of the Q2 crossover.
The Q2 is the latest in a list of refreshed or all-new Audi crossovers, which will also include the Q6 sports activity coupe.
The Q2 will probably be a lifestyle vehicle, slotting below the Q3 in the lineup. It will reportedly rival the MINI Countryman which has been a huge success for BMW.
Speculation suggests this new crossover will be 4150mm long with a wheelbase of approximately 2500mm. The platform will be shared with the Skoda Yeti and full production will start in 2015.
A range of four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines will be available, all fitted with start stop and possibly cylinder deactivation.
