The fight for supremacy in the luxury car segment is fought not with the ultra-expensive flagships, but with the cheapest sedans and crossovers. This car, the all-new A3 Sedan, or Limousine as it will be called in Germany and some parts of Europe, is crucial for Ingolstadt in that respect.
The A3 Sedan is built on the same MQB platform as the new Golf and as such is quite light and efficient, also boasting a full lineup of fine diesel and petrol engines. Deliveries will start this summer across Europe, followed by local production in China later this year and the US in mid-2014.

The story of what will likely become Audi's highest-volume car needs to be told in full detail. That's why we're providing you guys with all the official videos from Audi themselves. It will take you some time to watch all of them and decide if this is a car for you, and you should also check out our full report on the A3 Sedan and its performance brother, the all-wheel drive S3 Sedan.

These videos have revealed to us that the infotainment system can be upgraded over time, that the graphics are created by Nvidia and a little bit about the design. The reason why the sedan is 11mm wider than the Sportback seems to be estetical rather than practical. Looking over the hatch and sedan side by side, we've come to the conclusion that they're only different from the B-pilar back (if you ignore the all-LED headlights, which are probably optional).

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
