Street racing is dangerous. This is true for so many reasons, but still not enough to keep a lot of people to get a rush of adrenaline from engaging in "unnoficial motorsport". So, when you go to a street race, you can expect many things to happen, so you're paying attention in an attempt to keep things safe. However, nothing can preapre you for a situation such as that in the video above, where an Ariel Atom chatches fire before it even manages to gain speed.
As you can see in the footage (which was brought to our attention via GT Spirit), the vehicle had just started moving when, in a few blinks of an eye, the engine "compartment" catches fire. This had to be bad luck for the driver, as the Atom, with its open cockpit, is one of the worst cars to be in when flames show up, not that there would be any vehicles that are OK for such occasions.
Fortunately, the fire was quicly put out and nobody was hurt. Let's hope that the Atom didn't suffer too much damage...
