Summer months are the perfect time for going camping or venturing into the wilderness. Certainly, a lot of people long for adventure and dream of waking up to the slow morning breeze, the wet grass, and the birds chirping in the middle of a deep forest, but some never heed nature's call for fear that camping would be too complicated.
One American team that understands that your camping rig is supposed to be a huge step closer to your dream of escaping the steamy concrete jungle and exploring new destinations with confidence has created an amazing overland trailer that aims to quench all your camping-related fears and worries.

That team is LOBO Adventure Trailers in Corona, California, and if you're wondering where its name came from, know that it's the acronym for "living our best outdoors." Started out from "a dream to make overlanding and camping more available and enjoyable for everyone," the company specializes in adventure trailers and off-road campers that offer a balanced mix of style, craftsmanship, and functionality to easily tackle anything you throw at them, from smooth pavement to snow-covered rocky terrain.

LOBO's latest creation is the Alpha V2, a compact yet highly capable travel trailer that promotes spontaneous exploration and aims to revolutionize your off-road experience. This new adventure trailer stands out from the crowd with its sturdy construction, unmatched ability to traverse challenging terrain, customizable modular accessories, and increased storage capacity. What this means is that even if you're not a regular camper and lack the skills to be a hardcore adventurer, this trailer will allow you to explore the world's most breathtaking places in a unique way.

The new Alpha V2 measures just 13.2 feet (4 meters) in length and 6 feet (1.8 feet) in width and has a dry weight of just 1,750 pounds (794 kg), meaning it is easy to tow with any off-road-capable vehicle. With a projected loaded weight of 2,500 pounds (1,134 kg) and tons of storage options, adventurers can carry all the gear they want on their trailers. And though it travels relatively small, once you reach your desired destination, it turns into a home base for weekend, weeklong, or overland adventures.

In terms of construction, the LOBO Alpha V2 is built out of 16 gauge steel, which is galvanized and then powder-coated to ensure maximum durability. One of the most crucial features that make this trailer a good option for exploring uncharted paths is its ability to navigate any terrain thanks to its high ground clearance of 24 inches, all-terrain tires upgradable up to 37", independent Cruisemaster XT suspension, 12" electric trailer brakes, and lock and roll 360 articulating hitch.

LOBO is one of those manufacturers that understand that adventurers have different needs and preferences when it comes to camping features, so it equipped its trailer with a series of base features, and it then allows customers to customize their experience by adding various optional features.

The base package includes a well-equipped pull-out kitchen with a sink, faucet, and water pump, a 35-gallon water tank, and plenty of storage compartments for all your gear. The independent suspension, Redvision Redarc Electronics, two 100Amp AGM Deep Cycle batteries, a 1000-watt REDARC inverter, and a rear tire swing-out with a spare tire are also included.

On the driver's side of the trailer, a large door opens to create a flat surface you can use as a countertop, especially since it is strategically placed near the pull-out kitchen. It also reveals some storage cubicles and offers access to the electronics. There is also a nifty control panel in this area for monitoring your battery, outside air temperature, and water tank level, as well as controlling the lights, the fridge, the water pump, and so on.

The passenger side of the trailer, on the other hand, is all about storage. There is also a dedicated space for your water heater and water pump. On the back, you'll find yet more storage offered by a nifty three-drawer system with 5-foot-long boxes mounted on beefy 500-lb drawer slides.

And if all these storage solutions are not enough, there is also a mid box for table and chair storage, plus a pass-through front box for bulkier items, providing the ultimate camping organization.

Other noteworthy features that will make your outdoor experience more enjoyable include 360-degree outdoor lighting to illuminate your prep areas and campground at night, a 120 amp plug, 12 V cigarette lighting, and USB and USB-C ports.

All these onboard tools and resources will certainly allow you to go further than before, but in order to be able to stay longer in comfort, you will need to add some extras, such as a fridge to keep your food and beverages cool, an awning to create a protected outdoor living space, and a rooftop tent for sleeping accommodation.

Since each adventure is different, with LOBO Adventure Trailers' Alpha V2, you get to choose your preferred setup. The manufacturer offers three packages to choose from to customize your overlanding rig. The Basecamp version comprises only the base features for a starting price of $34,999, while the Adventure package adds an Iceco 75-liter fridge, a kitchen accessory rack, a rear Molle accessory panel, a front tongue secondary spare tire mounting, and more for $42,900.

The Premium package, available for $50,100, upgrades your rig with all the bells and whistles and allows you to enjoy some of the most secluded and amazing places in utmost comfort and convenience.
