The guys from Vilner have decided to give the Alfa Romeo Mito a bit of a makeover and worked on the vehicle’s looks as well as its power.
Thus, we’re talking about an exterior makeover, the Mito receiving an alluring red laquear pearl effect paint. The powerful shade definitely contrasts the black color found on the side mirrors, door handles, grills, tail-light rings and diffuser. This isn’t all as Vilner incorporated some 17 inch rims and wheels and even made the exhaust-end pipes in a matt-grey. It’s all about the details, right?
Concerning the interior, one will be able to notice that the extensive use of nabuck, Nappa and carbon-finish leather, that go nicely with the redesigned interior. The designers were inspired enough to apply a platinum effect on most of the plastic elements as well as instal their own floor mats and even create a matching traveling bag.
Besides all of these cosmetic improvements, the Mito has received a power boost. Apparently, the vehicle’s 1.4 Turbo engine, capable of generating 155 horsepower and 230 Nm (170 lb-ft) of torque wasn’t exactly enough for Vilner and thus, the powertrain was optimized. We’re talking about a 1.4 Turbo unit now capable of delivering a total of 200 hp and 279 Nm (206 lb-ft) of torque.
It does sound good, the Alfa Romeo Mito receiving a bit of an attitude, as these new upgrades from Vilner certainly made it more feisty.
