A blackened beast is nothing you'd normally expect to see when hearing about a Ducati 1199 Panigale S. However, the guys at Kentucky-based Commonwealth Motorcycles are anything but usual when it's down to making Ducatis even cooler then they already are.
After loading a turbocharger on a Diavel and taking it to a mind-boggling 236 HP, adding a darker touch to the almost happy Panigale is yet another nice surprise from Commonwealth. There is nothing changed to the stock bike: all the mechanics and equipment have been left untouched, save the bodywork.
Robbie Nigl of Peach Pit Racing is responsible for the awesome paint job the Panigale, now re-baptized the “Panigale Nero”, got. Some might say that the 1199 Tricolore could have been even meaner with a tad more black... and we feel like this, too. We're positive that more evil Panigales will surface in 2013 as more bikes are being sold, so it's only a matter of time until we face a wave of custom 1199s.
