The fourth-generation Mazda3 has just entered the 2025 model year in the United States. The compact model, which still comes in two body styles, features revised pricing and a cheaper entry-level grade.
Pricing for the 2025 Mazda3 2.5 S now starts at $23,950 for the Sedan, or $220 less than the 2024 model. The same grade is also available for the first time on the Hatchback. It comprises an 8.8-inch infotainment system, push-button start, remote entry, backup camera, black cloth seats, smartphone integration, 16-inch alloys, LED lighting, and a plethora of safety features.
Next in line comes the 2.5 S Select Sport trim level, priced from $24,690 for the Sedan and $25,990 for the Hatchback. While the former costs the same as before, the latter has become $300 pricier. Highlights include the 18-inch alloys, black heated side mirrors, advanced keyless entry, dual-zone climate control, black leatherette upholstery, rain-sensing wipers, and Alexa Built-in, which is a new feature to the model that comes standard on this model and above grades.
Choosing the 2.5 S Preferred version of the 2025 Mazda3 means paying at least $26,340 for the Sedan and $27,690 for the Hatchback, $150 and $300 more, respectively. This version adds a power moon roof, heated front seats with electric adjustment, some unique visual cues, and a silver look for the 18-inch wheels or gray metallic on the five-door.
Mazda’s 2.5 S Carbon Edition follows, priced from $29,410 (+$350) for the Sedan and $30,560 (+$300) for the Hatchback. This model has a Polymetal Gray finish, black 18-inch wheels, glossy black side mirrors, and a red leather interior with wireless smartphone integration, as well as a wireless charging pad. The Carbon Edition has standard all-wheel drive, whereas the aforementioned models are offered with front-wheel drive.
The FWD 2.5 S Premium is limited to the Hatchback and starts at $30,650, $300 more than the 2024 model. It adds a front air dam, a rear spoiler, a superior audio system, a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror with Homelink, leather upholstery, and more safety gizmos.
