Remember when the Mustang6G forum leaked the ordering guide of the Shelby GT350, the most anticipated Mustang in recent history? Well, the S550 enthusiast forum followed that feat up with the 2016 Shelby GT350’s standard features and options list.
M6G member Evolvd found out this highly important bit of intel by accident on Military Auto Source and, from the looks of it, the information seems to be right, part codes and all. It’s a shame though that the pricing reads $0 for every optional feature available.
Nevertheless, previous reports suggested that the more hardcore GT350R will cost around $69,995, so go figure how much a GT350 will start from by the time Ford will finally let the cat out the bag.
Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson also mentioned an output of 520 HP for the 5.2-liter Voodoo V8
Still, it was reassuring to find out that the 2016 Shelby GT350 Mustang options list on MSC lets you choose either Ebony A1 or Ebony B1 interior color options. After a little bit of extra searching, we found out what those stand for. As it happens, Ebony A1 gets you Recaro cloth and Miko suede sport seats with 4-way manual adjustment for the driver and 2-way adjustment for the passenger.
The Ebony B1, on the other hand, adds heated and ventilated seats with auto glide, a 6-way power adjustable driver’s seat with power lumbar adjustment and 4-way adjustable head restraints. Lastly, an A9 seat type is also featured, which offers exactly the same things as the Ebony A1 plus some red accents.
