Roush has recently released its 2014 Mustang range, with the custom car specialist offering more tuning possibilities for the pony car than ever.
One good way to start a Roush story is to use a Ford Mustang GT, which, for the 2014 model year, comes with a starting price of $31,545, including a $795 destination charge. To give you an example of what Roush offers, we’ll mention the Stage Three kit, which retails for $17,000, plus a $900 destination charge.
The 5.0-liter V8 of the ‘Stang is taken to 575 hp, while the suspension is also upgraded in order to face the extra muscle. There’s also an aerodynamic package that clearly sets the Roush Mustang apart.
A popular choice among Roush customers is the $8,250 Ford Racing Aluminator forged engine. When offered in the Roush Phase 2 pack, this offers 625 hp, while offering 675 hp as part of the Phase 3 kit.
