We were so preoccupied with the latest Audis and Land Rovers that completely missed that fact that Kia had something cool to say in New York. Joining the recently launched sedan and hatchback, the Forte Koup is all-new for 2014, and a magnificent sight for those people tired of the old one.
Pricing has yet to be revealed, but this is likely to be one of the cheapest, coolest compact coupes on the market starting with the fourth quarter. The look is clean and elegant, especially with the higher SX trim goodies, like 18-inch rims, LED taillights, dual chrome exhaust tips and body kit.

The standard EX Koup comes with a fresh 2.0-liter GDI engine churning out 173-hp and 154 lb-ft (208.7 Nm), while the SX comes with a smaller, yet more powerful 1.6 GDI turbo with 201 hp and 196 lf-ft (265.7 Nm) of torque, mater either to a six-speed manual or a six-speed auto with steering wheel-mounted paddles.
