With the United States and Canada hit by deep freeze and snow once again this winter, Jeep has released a new commercial for the 2014 Wrangler Polar Edition, showcasing the vehicle’s 4x4 capability in wintry weather.
“With the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition, you’ll never want to know a day over 40 degrees,” is the tagline the ad ends with, after showing the Hydro Blue vehicle powering through the snow.
Based on the Sahara model, the Polar Edition is available on both the two-door Wrangler and the four-door Wrangler Unlimited and comes with special badging, heated front seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control and a 6.5-inch Uconnect system.
Power is provided by Chrysler’s familiar 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, which can be ordered with either a six-speed manual or an optional five-speed automatic. The Wrangler Polar Edition starts from $32,395, while the Wrangler Unlimited costs at least $35,995.
