As expected, Honda America announced updates for the last two models that will make up the 2014 Civic model range, the gas-electric hybrid model and the natural gas-powered one, both of which will go on sale later this month.
Both models have one major update, and that is the new HondaLink connectivity system and a new Display Audio with a 7-inch screen.
Prices now start at $25,635 plus destination, which might make you consider buying a mid-size instead. But don't do that because enough has changed under the bonnet for the Civic Hybrid to go from a 44mpg all-road EPA rating to 44 mpg city / 47 mpg highway / 45 combined.
As for the 2014 Civic CNG, this costs $26,640 plus $790 destination and gets 31mpg all-round. This car gets an upgraded interior with improved seats and better trim.Power still comes from a 1.8-liter which produces 110-hp when running on the cheap stuff.
