German carmaker BMW has published the list of updates for its 2014 6 Series lineup available in the US, including a special edition convertible, an xDrive-equipped Gran Coupe and, surprise surprise, manual transmissions for the M6.
What's that special edition all about? BMW has decided to offer 100 convertibles in a new "Frozen Brilliant White" paint. Produced in April and early May 2013, this extremely limited edition can be had as a 650i or a 650i xDrive model, with prices starting from $106,695 (€82,500) and $110,095 (€85,000), destination and handling tax included.
Going further, all the 6 Series Gran Coupe versions will now be available with the xDrive all-wheel-drive system, but pricing has yet to be released. As far as the M6 models are concerned, each and one of them will gain an optional 6-speed manual transmission, making some future owner more than happy. M Carbon Ceramic Brakes will be added as well.
