After a flawless victory at Misano, it looks like Jorge Lorenzo is feeling better than ever and is looking forward to prove once more the superiority of his machine and skills over the current championship leader, Marc Marquez.
Having asked Yamaha boss Lin Jarvis to bring in the new seamless gearbox for the San Marino race and putting it to the most severe test of all - that of an actual championship round - Yamaha's top rider is truly confident. He claims that Yamaha has reached a new level in their battle with Honda, and the world title is once more within grasp.

The firs tests of the seamless gearbox showed 16 milliseconds for a shift, but the time was reduced to 11 milliseconds, extremely close to Honda's unearthly 9ms.

Yamaha has never triumphed at Aragon, as Honda and Ducati kept on sharing the victories. Things can change, Lorenzo believes, despite the fact that Aragon was never among the fav tracks for Yamaha machinery. The last tests after the successful Misano round returned great results and this means we're in for a great fight this Sunday.
