The new KLX250 has also been "infected" by the aggressive looks of the 2013 Kawasaki bikes' design, and we totally dig it.
While until a very short time ago most dual-sport bikes really had almost nothing to show to other riders than the off-road fans, things seem to have changed, as the 2013 KLX250 boasts a modern look, while still offering true top-drawer performance.

The 2013 Kawasaki KLX250 comes with a steel perimeter frame and all-new aluminium swingarm for reduced weight and better stability, while the lower seat helms riders with a shorter inseam to reach the ground more easily an boosts their confidence.

For the next season, the Kawasaki KLX250 brings an all-digital instrument cluster with a backlit easy-to-read multifunctional LCD screen. The fuel injection has been tuned for better power and torque in low rpm, as the mid-range scenario is the most common usage during the daily riding.

The 249cc 4-stroke engine delivers 22 PS and is coupled to the rear wheel via chain final transmission and a 6-speed gearbox. Front suspension is 16-step adjustable, while the rear shock also sports a fully-adjustable spring preload besides the 16-way compression and rebound adjustability.
