This 1963 Buick LeSabre rolled into the shop with several issues to fix. It is far from a mint condition, but it rocks a gorgeous silhouette in white. However, that interior is something that should not exist.
The 1963 LeSabre two-door hardtop coupe is painted in white and sports gold chrome trim all throughout. The gold surrounds the headlights, taillights, while a thin gold chrome strip splits the rear in two, but the bumpers are silver. The "BUICK" letterings front and rear are also in gold, but the front one is missing an "I." That letter is definitely not going to be cheap.  Two antennas sit on the top of the trunk lid.

It is a second-generation 1963 Buick LeSabre powered by the 401-cubic-inch (6.6-liter) V8 engine. While Buick called it the "Firewall V8," it was widely known as the "Nailhead."

It came with the top surfaces of the valve covers in a horizontal position, parallel to the ground, and with what drag racing enthusiasts referred to as a "restrictive" port design of the Nailhead V8.

That is exactly why they came up with superchargers, offsetting the deficiency with a custom camshaft to feed the intake through the exhaust ports, turning the larger intake ports into exhaust outlets.

1963 was the last year Buick rolled out the LeSabre with the dynaflow, the automatic transmission that General Motors had kept in production since 1947. The auto box was very much appreciated for smoothly roaming through gears with no power delivery interruptions.

Despite the flaws, the exterior of the car kept its stylish boxy silhouette, which Buick redesigned for the 1963 model year. But the interior is something that should never exist. The dashboard is covered in a sort of fur, imitating the leopard print. The original steering wheel of the 1963 LeSabre was replaced along the way.

The front seats are covered in some sort of blanket, while the original buttons and switches were modified to match the custom lettering on the hood. The Buick is also equipped with an aftermarket radio.

The rear seats are wrapped in red velvet with a diamond pattern. Kitsch hits a brand-new level, leaving all formalities behind. There is a chandelier hanging from the headliner, which is the worst feature of all.

The one working on the car says the owner takes this LeSabre to car shows. So that is probably their way of getting all the attention.

When he fires up the 401-cubic-inch Nailhead V8, the shop fills up with a fierce sound. However, there are issues to fix on that one, too. But the cabin seems a lost cause and probably only sulfuric acid might solve the problem, wiping out from the face of the earth those terrible solar dolls rocking their heads.
