In order to celebrate its successes in the previous year at Le Mans, the House of Mandello del Lario has designed a limited edition of its successful 850 T 3 series, in the embodiment of the 1983 MY Moto Guzzi Le Mans III. At its heart lies the same air-cooled, four-stroke, 844cc, V-twin powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission, but tweaked to produce a more impressive 81 horsepower and 73 Nm of torque. In addition, all of its innards are similar or have been derived from the racing machines used on the renowned racing circuit after which it has been named.
