The Hyosung 125 Exceed was a motor scooter powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine that delivered 11 hp at 8,500 rpm. The scooter was manufactured since 2004.

It was a mid-sized scooter that could easily handle urban streets. It was perfect for young and inexperienced riders as well as more experienced ones seeking a cheap and reliable transportation method.

Visually, the scooter had standard features such as a bodywork covered with fairings, a one-piece dual seat with a passenger grab rail, a luggage rack, dual side-mounted rear shocks, and five-spoke lightweight aluminum wheels.

The scooter was made around a steel frame that housed the suspension system, which comprised a telescopic fork mounted on the front and dual shocks on the rear, offering a plush riding experience.

The machine rolled on 12-inch five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, which were fitted with a single brake disc both front and rear, providing optimum stopping power.

In the performance department, the 2005 Hyosung Exceed had installed a 124cc four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled engine at its core. The engine delivered 11 hp at 8,500 rpm and 9 Nm (7 lb-ft) torque at 7,000 rpm.

The small engine's power was converted into motion by a CVT transmission with a dry centrifugal clutch linked to the rear via a final belt drive.
