In 2017, the Swedish motorcycle manufacturer released the Husqvarna TX 125, a small-displacement, light, and compact off-road motorcycle, which was the ideal springboard into the enduro world.

The TX 125 replaced the previous TE 125 model and packed the latest two-stroke engine technology, which came with more power, 1.8 kg (4 lbs) lighter, and more compact than ever before.

The bike was made around a chrome-molybdenum central-tube steel frame that housed the suspension system. It comprised a 48 mm WP adjustable inverted telescopic fork on the front with 300 mm wheel travel and a WP shock on the rear with 330 mm wheel travel.

For braking power, Brembo components were in charge. The front wheel had a 260 mm brake disc clamped by a two-piston caliper, and the rear wheel had a 220 mm rotor tied to a single-piston caliper.

In the performance department, the 2017 Husqvarna TX 125 had installed a 124cc two-stroke single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine at its core. It was managed by a carburetor and assisted by a six-speed gearbox with a final chain drive.

Aesthetically, the motorcycle packed standard features like a high-mounted front fender, hand guards, a single seat, a single exhaust system with a muffler mounted high on the right-hand side, and wire-spoke wheels with off-road tires.
