HUSQVARNA FE 350 (2017-Present) Specs, Performance & Photos

Husqvarna was a Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products, such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, brush cutters, cultivators, garden tractors, and, why not, motorcycles. The company was founded in 1689 as a firearm manufacturer and was one of the oldest continuously running companies in the world.

In 2017, the Swedish motorcycle manufacturer released the Husqvarna FE 350, an off-road motorcycle that perfectly balanced the agility of the FE 250 and the power of the FE 450 models. The 2017 model had a 0.7 kg (1.5 lbs) lighter and 20 mm shorter engine.

Visually, the bike was similar to previous models, featuring standard fittings, like a tiny headlight integrated into a small cowl, a high-mounted front fender, a single seat, a single exhaust system, an engine plate, and black anodized wire-spoke wheels with off-road tires.

The bike was built around a steel frame. It had a 48 mm WP inverted telescopic fork on the front with 300 mm wheel travel and a WP monoshock on the rear with 330 mm wheel travel, offering excellent performance and handling.

Power-wise, the 2005 Husqvarna FE 350S's heartbeat was set by a 349cc four-stroke liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. It was run by an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system that offered smooth throttle response and was assisted by a six-speed gearbox with a final chain drive.

For braking power, the bike packed a 260 mm disc with a dual-piston caliper on the front and a 220 mm brake disc with a twin-piston caliper on the rear wheel.
