HUSABERG FE250 (2013-2014) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2013, the Swedish motorcycle maker released the Husaberg FE250, a quarter-liter off-road machine, visually similar to its larger siblings but different in engine displacement. The bike was powered by a 249cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine and rolled on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels with off-road tires.

Husaberg was an enduro motorcycle manufacturer powered by four and two-stroke engines with displacements ranging from 125 to 650cc. Based in Sweden, the motorcycles were later manufactured in Austria by KTM until 2014, when the line was dropped from production.

The Swedish motorcycle manufacturer Husaberg was known for its enduro and Supermoto motorcycles, powered by big-cube, single-cylinder, highly tuned four-stroke engines, and race-oriented design.

The bike's aesthetic department was characterized by standard fittings, like a high front fender, a small cowl with a small headlight on the front, a single seat, a high-mounted exhaust system, a dual-sided swingarm, hand guards, and wire-spoke wheels.

For suspension, the motorcycle was fitted with a WP USD 4860 MA telescopic fork on the front that provided 300 mm wheel travel and a WP PDS 5018 MCC shock absorber on the rear, which provided 335 mm of travel.

As for power, the 2013 Husaberg FE250 got its muscles from a 249cc four-stroke single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine assisted by a six-speed manual transmission that sent the power to the rear via a final chain drive.
