In 2018, the Japanese motorcycle maker introduced the Honda NC750X DCT into the American market. As its name says, the bike was fitted with a Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) instead of the same 2018 model year that featured a conventional gearbox.

The Honda NC700 was a series of standard motorcycles produced by Honda from 2012 to the present (2024). Unlike conventional motorcycles, the NC700 was designed for commuters and new or veteran riders.

In the performance department, the 2018 2018 Honda NC750X DCT had installed a 745cc four-stroke liquid-cooled two-cylinder powerhouse, boasting 55 hp at 6,250 rpm and 68 Nm (50 lb-ft) torque at 4,750 rpm.

Visually, the bike packed a half fairing, a single headlight, a small windscreen, a two-piece dual seat with pillion grab rails, a two-into-one exhaust system with a muffler on the right-hand side, and 10-spoke aluminum alloy wheels.

It was built around a diamond steel pipe frame with a 41 mm fork on the front, offering 153 mm wheel travel, and a Pro-Link swingarm with a single shock on the rear, providing 150 mm wheel travel.

The braking power was handled by a 320 mm wave disc mounted on the front wheel, clamped by a two-piston caliper, and a 240 mm brake rotor mounted on the rear wheel, tied to a single-piston caliper.
