CAN-AM/ BRP Outlander 500 (2010-2011)

The 2010 Can-Am Outlander 500 is the bigger brother of the base 400 model, sporting increased displacement and retaining all the off-road-worthy features. Powered by a Rotax v-twin, this ATV has all the needed brawn for difficult work-related outdoor tasks, but it will also double as a very convenient machine for trail fun in the weekend.

Independent suspensions (MacPherson in the front and the proprietary Torsional Trailing system in the rear) offer excellent ground tracking for fast and safe passage across large areas of less rider-friendly terrain. Switchable 2/4WD and high/low ratios are great additions to the automatic transmission and are usable on the fly, for even more convenience. Sturdy spacious racks accommodate up to 135 kg of luggage, so the 2010 Can-Am Outlander 500 is also ready for long exploration trips too.
