BENELLI Tre-K 1130 Amazonas (2011-2012) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Benelli Tre-K 1130 was a motorcycle produced by Benelli from 2006 until 2015. The bike was structurally based on the Tornado Naked Tre (TNT) and was set in motion by the same three-cylinder engine.

In 2007, the maker introduced a more off-road-oriented version, created to tackle any terrain and road, which was manufactured until 2014. Over its production years, the bike remained unchanged, featuring new color schemes.

In 2011, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli Tre-K 1130 Amazonas, a motorcycle in its fifth consecutive production year. It features the same characteristics as the previous one, except for a new Military Green color scheme.

In the performance department, the 2011 Benelli Tre-K 1130 Amazonas had installed a 1,130cc four-stroke three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine underneath its fuel tank, boasting 123 hp at 9,000 rpm and 115 Nm (85 lb-ft) torque at 6,250 rpm.

A six-speed gearbox controlled by a wet multi-disc clutch sent the power generated by the engine to the rear axle via a final chain drive, pushing the motorcycle to a top speed of 224 kph (139 mph).

Its frame was designed to handle every shock in any situation, the new position of the radiator allowed high thermal exchanges at low speed and off-road use, and the rear end was designed to guarantee the best stability, comfortability, and suspension reaction.
