BENELLI TNT 1130 Café Racer (2008-2009) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2008, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli TNT 1130 Cafe Racer, a motorcycle inspired by older racing bikes but with several visual modifications that included sophisticated and unique details, making it more modern and active.

Like previous models, the 2008 motorcycle came in the same shape and form, featuring the same visual, technical, and performance characteristics without any significant changes whatsoever.

In the power department, the 2008 Benelli TNT 1130 Cafe Racer took its thrust from a 1,130cc four-stroke three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 135 hp with a peak force at 9,500 rpm and 110 Nm (81 lb-ft) torque at 7,750 rpm.

All that power was converted into momentum energy by a six-speed gearbox with a wet multi-disc clutch that sent it to the rear axle via a final chain drive, pushing the motorcycle to a top speed of 269 kph (167 mph).

For suspension, the motorcycle used a 50 mm inverted Marzocchi telescopic fork on the front, offering 120 mm of travel, and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear with 115 mm of travel, offering excellent suspension performance and handling capabilities.

Braking-wise, the bike's 17-inch wheels were fitted with two 320 mm brake discs on the front, engaged by four-piston calipers, and a 240 mm brake disc on the rear, tied to a dual-piston caliper.
