After debuting the Grande Giro 350-car rally for its 50th anniversary, Lamborghini is now making another birthday present to itself. The automotive producer has sent an Aventador to become an airport vehicle for the Aeroporto di Bologna, which is 30 minutes away from Lamborghini’s headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
A white example of the Lamborghini Aventador is now guiding the aircrafts while these are in the taxi mode - the initiative debuted on May 6th and will end on May 19th.
The V12-powered supercar has ben gifted with the necessary decals and is now featuring a white and red theme. The visuals include a “Follow Me!” sticker, as well as some that celebrate the brand’s anniversary. The icing on this cake is a light bar that gives the Aventador authority.
Lamborghini event took the time to offer some driver tuition for the airport employees that are driving the Aventador, with test driver Mario Fasanetto sharing his insights.
