Peugeot will use the 2012 edition of the Paris Motor Show to show of its future projects, one of them being the 2008, a new crossover that will be show in concept form before going into production next year.
The B-segment crossover is based on the chassis of the 208 and offers increased practicality and bold styling. The 2008 is also the first Peugeot model to use their new 3-cylinder engine, a 1.2-liter turbocharged unit that promises to deliver 110 horsepower and low fuel consumption.
The production version of the car will most like not look as funky as this. However, they proved with the 208 that they can pack a lot of styling into a little car.
We’ll remind you that Peugeot’s Paris Motor Show ambitions include an exciting new supercar concept called the Onyx and the facelift for the RCZ.
